Mandatory Roaming Profiles in Windows 2k Server

Does anyone know how I can setup a mandatory roaming profile on a win2k server machine? or know any good guides to how to set it up? atm the server is acting as a domain controller.

There are several ways. If you are doing this at home you can rename every profile extention to .man. You can also create a share on the server where you create a template accaount with the settings you want and either point every user to this template as a profile or create a GPO that does this.
The easiest way for many users is to crate a gpo for the OU that holds the users you want to have a mandatory profile and point the GPO to the mandatory profile template in the share.
