Pci simple communications controller driver windows 7

Hello,am working on a Lenovo thinkpad model E420s and so many exclamation marks under device manager that is; base system device, pci simple communications controller, sm bus controller, Touchstrip fingerprint sensor and finally the unknown device. kindly will appreciate any assistance rendered. btomusange@samaritan.org

if you google CPUz and download the small programe it will be able to tell you what chipset is used in your laptop.

Some of the missing drivers you have relate to built in features in the chipset. However the "touchstrip" finger print sensor will more than likely be a driver that needs to be downloaded from the Lenovo website.

thinkvantage update software also available there should do it all for you once you have internet drivers installed
