Problem after add additional Windows 2003 DC to exist Windows 2000 DC

I have just add an additional windows 2003 dc to an existing windows 2000 dc. But I found out that the both dc cannot replica each other.

When I tried to replicaa from Active directory site & services, it get error:

"The following error occured during the attempt to synchronize naming context domain.com from domian controller dc2 to domain controller dc1:
The following context is in the process of being or is not replicated from the specified server.

Try giving it a few hours and trying again. The message seems to indicate that initialization hasn't yet finished.

Its been 2 days after I join this server as an additional DC.
