Pc config for a friend

Well, my friend wants me to built a computer for under $830 for multimedia and gaming at 1680 resolution with graphics set to high. He wants AMD to save money. He has no interest in overclockin, and he wants to save much money possible in hardware to get a high end video card. This is what I have configure.
