Currently got an AGP based system and was getting a new graphics card for it.

Narrowed my choice down to the following 2 cards:-
Gainward 7600GT Golden Sample - 575MHz GPU & 1500MHz Memory
XFX 7600GT - 580MHz GPU & 1500MHz Memory

I can get both cards for a similar price and the specs are pretty much the same.

Which card is the best ?? Anybody had any good/bad dealings with these cards ??

Any help would be great.

If you haven't bought it yet, go here, for the X1650XT.

It performs on level with the 7600GT. And for the price that it is at (even though it's probably a mistake), nothing can touch it as of right now.

Good replys all.

The reason I was only going for the 7600GT was mainly cost. Didn't want to spend to much as I will get a new system in the next year or so. Also my PSU isn't the best and didn't want the cost of a PSU upgrade as well.

My current system is below:-
Abit NF7s V1.2 & AMD Athlon XP3000 CPU at stock speeds (Nforce2 chipset).
2x 512Mb Corsair PC3200's at stock settings.
Geforce 6800 256Mb AGP graphics card.
FSP 400-60PFN 400w PSU (+12v = 15.0A)
Windows XP Pro SP2 with latest updates.

I would of thought a 7600GT would fit my system nicely. I did want either a XFX 7900GS or 7950GT but those are silly money and my PSU wouldn't cope. The PSU also rules out the ATI X1950's.

Don't bother with the X1650XT deal. One guy ordered it, called them and they were out-of-stock. Price wasn't guaranteed. BS. If that's what is listed, then last's what is listed.

They should fix it instead of misleading people.
