Can't get XP to Install

After spending half of the year with Vista, I feel it is time to end our relationship and go back to good old XP. However when I try to install XP, it gets as far as where the bottom left of the screen says 'Loading Windows' (After loading all the files/drivers, etc). After several seconds it jumps to a page stating that 'A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.' It also states the error as 0x0000007B (0xF78D2524 0xC0000034 0x00000000 0x00000000). Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
