Win 2003 server - 0x0000008e stop error

Hi folks,

we are getting an
0x0000008e (0xc0000005, 0x00000000, 0xf2406ca0, 0x00000000)
stop error on our server with MS Server 2003 for some time..
How can we fix this?

Usually can be 1 of 3 things.
bad usb device
bad main memory
bad memory on the raid controller

Any changes to the system at the time this started happening?
