How to delete Cookies in Roaming profile using a Vb script

Hi All,

I'm trying to cleanup my Roaming User Profile and eliminate Cookies from uploading and downloaded to and from the server. I'm currently using a vb script to map network drives and printers but I've not been successful in deleting cookies from roaming profiles. I work for the gov and I only have partial access to my OU only. I don't have full rights to my GPO and requesting those rights it requires an act of congress. My question is there a line I can add to my vbscript that can delete these cookies during login? if yes, give me a link to web site where can find one or the script itself.
