Local Accounts on Domain Controller MSWin 2K3+

I would like to be able to create a local account on a MSWin2K3 Domain Controller. I am looking for a work around or a hack not built in functionality. I know it is not there.

Please don't reply with:
- "can't be done, impossible, etc." Yes it can be done. Short of a code level Windows rewrite, I'm pretty much willing to do what it takes, yet I am hoping someone else has worked this out already.
- "you shouldn't do this." I know I shouldn't. I also eat lots of sweets and stay up late sometimes. I'll get in bed without you tucking me in thank you.
- "a domain controller is not a workstation" It's not an Etch-A-Sketch either.

Any help with making it work is much appreciated!
