I reinstalled Windows XP on a computer months ago. Now the desktop will not come up completely and has the 0xc0000058 error code come up with the Security Accounts Manager initialization failed because of the revision level unknown. Error status: 0xc0000058.
Message recomendation is to try reboot to Safe Mode, but
in Safe Mode I received the same message.
Somebody khows solution?
