How do I update or just get a driver for my Toshiba 445 CDT laptop

for USB driver 98 , i can't found it in the site.. usually people use this Nubs33.exe for driver Usb in Win98

I cannot get my Toshiba 445CDT to accept the drivers for the one USB port that I have. I have tried it on Win98 and now Windows XP. neither one will accept the responses I have gotten regarding making my USB port work and I know it used to work on Win95.
Suggestings?

You won't find much support for this model, the last drivers for it, and not even that many, were for Win98. You will probably need to go back to Win95, or get another laptop (used ones can be had for under $200 which would be much faster than yours).
