I'm the service manager at a commercial refrigeration manufacturer and have been looking for a multiuser software solution that can do the following:

-log a product's service history and warranty status
-keep track of parts used for warranty service and wether or not the defective parts have been returned to us
-keep track of service bills paid
-etc.

Does anyone know of any software that does this? Thanks.
