Vista32 home prem & Proc Affinity

Hi,
I've been reading about setting a process/app to run on a dedicated core. There's enough info out there about how. But I want to know if it will work in Vista32 home prem, or is it a feature that only works in Vista Business/Ultimate?

I have a copy of Home Basic and setting Affinities works just fine.
