Monitor Power Unexpected problem ..

Hi !
i have recently bought a new computer with the components written at the bottom..
.. when i connect a 2 pin power cord to the monitor.. my computer works perfectly fine .. but i connect a 3 pin power cord .. which has a earthing pin .. the computer turn off after few minutes of boothing .. computer crashes turning off the Power supply ..
if you have any idea about the possibility of this problem.. Please inform /..

i got that done already .. the earth measured 0.6V in my house. normally the the earth should be below 3V. i am still not able to trace out the problem

Good suggestions, as this is definitely a grounding problem.
