Well I was looking around and there was no way to change the Color of the taskbar in vista . If there is a program out there that also does this let me know. But I found this program that apparently no one knew about that it makes ur windows alternate in color , I think its kick *** and I know a lot of people will like it..

It does change the tankbar color and u can set it to a static color also..
