how do i become a adminstrator?

My vista say under my profile that that im a adminstrator, but i dont have adminstrator access, can anybody help me out?

ummm.... is there an adiminstrator account on your computer?, have you tried doing something that only an admin can do like disabling user account control? You should be (if this is the account you first created when you installed vista) a full administrator

what exactly can't you access? some apps require admin rights to run (right-click and choose "run as admin" or go into properties/compatibility "Privilege Level" check box "run this app as admin")
