Will you be overclocking? If so, Intel c2d is the best bang for the buck. Otherwise, stick with amd.

What's the usage of this pc?

Lastly, get a Toughpower. Anything else from TT ain't good enough, IMO.

thanx for replaying .
about overclocking , no iwont overclock any thing .
the usage for the PC is for gaming , i do some encoding but from time to time .
and about the power supply , do u have better company than TT ? i saw it's got a good power for the PC , with good price ..

PC Power and Cooling, Seasonic, Antec, FSP (Fortron Source) are all good brands.

Power supply is not the place to skimp. Spend the extra 10 or 20 bucks and get something decent. You won't regret it.

Thanx heltoupee ..
i want some thing good for the graphic card , what do u think aout this power supply : Antec True Power Trio TP3-550 ATX12V 550W Power Supply with Three 12V .
Check it here in New egg for Spec.

yeah, can't go wrong there. That power supply will do great.

From the motherboard that you've chosen, you will not be running SLI, so I'd think that you could drop any graphics card you want in there and have plenty of power to spare.

Judging from the caliber of parts you've chosen you're looking at an 8800GTS 320MB or possibly the low end 8800GTX, yes?

i'm looking for EVGA 8800GTS 320MB the normal one with out overclocking.

looks good to me. Now all you need is a case and some drives, and you're good to go!
