How can I find the MAC address on a Windows Mobile 2003se device?

It's either printed on the unit somewhere, typically under the
battery; or on a sticker on the box, or in some system information
under your settings.

Unfortunately, that is mfg specific (Dell??) Not all devices have
anything, and those that do contain different information... for example
the iMate has a "Device Info" but it does not include the mac address.


Most (but not all) Wireless mangagers will show the mac address
somewhere, but, again, not consistant

If you have a router, it's config utility will normally show the mac
address of currently connected devices, plus, some keep a log of
connected devices showing it as well

The most reliable method is to use vxipconfig from
http://cam.com/vxipconfig.html

I've got a Toshiba. When I turn on my WiFi finder (to connect to a near by
WiFi) it shows my MAC address at the bottom of the screen.
