Had to try Movielink... I have an IBM T41 with ATI Radeon mobility
7500. Connecting to a Sony 32 HDTV via the svideo port works pretty
well - with one exception...

-Windows display works fine.

-Real player or the embedded player works fine in mini or regular
display size modes.

-When I switch to full screen mode, the movie displays for a fraction
of a second and then the screen goes black on the TV. I do still see
the players bar on the TV.

- When the movie piece of the TV goes black, I can still see the movie
on the laptop along with real player controls on the TV&laptop.

- Tried switching to TV only mode with the Laptop display off and
tried adjusting res down to 800x600. Same results.

Go into the setting menu/advanced and you should be able to find settings
for overlay. You want to find a setting called theater mode and select it.
This is specific to ATI drivers. When you play a movie the svideo should
switch to full screen video from the desktop.
