Vista, Asus P5K and Sata drives don't work!!!!!!

Cannot install Vista on my new system, help please

the parts:
2 x 74GB raptors
Asus P5k
Vista 64bit

in the BIOS i set SATA configuration to RAID and booted with the Asus CD.
CTRL+i to setup RAID volumes:
volume0 = RAID 0, 128k stripe


-reboot
-booted to Vista DVD,
-started install,
-made a partitaion
-formated
-and nothing!!!!!!!!!

All what i get is:Windows is unable to find a system volume that meets its criteria for installation!!!!!!!

I tried all what i know, i even followd MS instruction for this error and used DiskPart and nothing work. Cannot even install Vista without creating an array.

Please Help, i spent whole day doing that :(((((

Maybe I'm misreading you, but did you load drivers at the start of the Vista installation process for that RAID controller (from another HDD or a CD/DVD)? It won't see the drive unless you do that, in most cases.
