After reading what these two fixes would help I figured I would update my computer...Microsoft stated the updates are available at a download site and that they would be available through Windows "at a later date." http://www.adtmag.com/article.aspx?id=21099
Once installed I have noticed an immediate improvement - waking from sleep or resuming from my photo screen saver used to take 10 to 15 seconds and now takes less than one.
I didn't see this posted anywhere else and wanted everyone to have access.

If you have disabled integrity checks (signed drivers) in Vista x64, via BCDEdit, be aware that there have been reports that these updates can force signed checks to resume. This shouldn't affect most people but there are some applications that require check bypassing (i.e., ATI Tray Tools).
