i got aecache.exe ...what can i do?!

could anyone pls help get rid of this virus/malware...what program can i use to remove it...it really2 sucks man... thanks...

AVG is free antivirus and Spybot Search and Destroy are both free antispyware. Run them in Safe Mose. Right down the names of the viruses so if they can't be removed by the program, you can google for the instructions
