Vista anytime upgrade, Need Advice

On my sons new Toshiba laptop he has vista Home Prem. He needs the ultimate for his business. I ordered a vista anytime upgrade to ultimate from amazon." see link below" I can't get any info from Microsoft but I don't think there will be any problems using this upgrade kit other that maybe losing some data. Do you think this will work? I'm not familiar with this type of upgrade. Bruce
