I downloaded and installed the libsensors from im-sensors to make my fan go slower (decrease the noise). But since I just stared with kububtu I don't know how to adjust the sensors.conf file to do so. Can anybody help? What shoul I change or add to this file to silence my pc?

That will give you all the info you need to get it running. I'm using this to control my old P4 rig and it works great. It'll take you a few minutes and a reboot or two to tweak the fan speeds and temps so thats it set how you want.
