Hi,
I need help converting a video cd file to an .avi or mpeg. I can't find any programs that will let me do it.
If any of you could help me that would be amazing.

You could try VirtualDub, not sure if it will convert VCD to mpg but it's free so worth a try. Otherwise, there are a lot of programs that you can pay for and most video editing software should do it. What video editing program are you using?

I'm using Premier Elements. Assuming CS2 has the same functions you should be able to Export the VCD file, I think it's mpeg 1, to avi. You may have to copy the files from the VCD to your hdd first.
