Strategy games for the windows 95

What was the stragtegy game were it was like humans vs aliens and the aliens had red heads and like orange'ish bodys. and like the humans were in kinda light blue space suits.and like i think on the human side had trucks or something to get minerals to build stuff i think, i cant remeber anything more its been like 10 years since i last heard of it or played it.
