We decommissioned a DC from the forest, decommission process was successful but we're getting replication errors.

I followed the MS KB (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/216498) but that DC is not listed when I run metadata cleanup.

When I run adsiedit, I can see some entries related to that old DC listed under the following:

Domain -- DC -- CN=SYSTEM
It's listed as CN=OldDCname class trusted domain.

Configuration -- CN=Configuration-- CN=Partition
It's listed as CN=OldDCname

Environment Information:
Windows Server 2003
3 Sites
5 DCs

Here is the warning in the Directory Service Event Viewer:

A partial replica of partition DC=Old-DC-name,DC=bb is hosted at site CN=O592,CN=Sites,CN=Configuration,DC=domain-name,DC=com, but no writeable sources could be found for this partition.
