I have a new user and PPC where if you go into Pocket Outlook there are two
accounts, IMAP and Outlook, however if I go into the accounts there is only
the IMAP account listed. I assume it's a ghost account from the user trying
to set the unit up to begin with but how can I get rid of it without doing a
hard reset?

The one named Outlook is the ActiveSync account, every device has it. You
can't delete or change it, that's why it is not listed in the accounts list.

Had never noticed before but that's pretty lame then since if your using
IMAP or Exchange there is no need for that account and it confuses end uses.

Thanks..
