I am an exchange student and would like to keep contact with my friends. I am currently using MSN and Skype for video conference. However, they are not working well because the network connection is unstable here. I want to know if there are some video conference software allowing us to adjust the video and sound quality, so that I can keep a long face-to-face conversation with my friends.
