Can't put my PC to sleep...

Ever since I got Yahoo! DSL and installed their software my PC won't stay asleep. It keeps waking up after a few minutes. Sometimes it will stay asleep after the second time. If I turn off my modem sometimes it will stay asleep after the first time--but not always.

What can I do about this?

Go into the BIOS and disable Wake on LAN.

I doubt WOL is the culprit.

I fixed it by disabling a setting in Device Manager.

I'm not sure why that would have been checked in the first place.
