Everything I download is corrupt. Files, videos on the browser, pictures, even when trying to connect to xfire.

There must be something I can do?

I literally have to refresh a youtube video 10 times to watch it... (with cache off)

While you can run anti virus and anti malware programs, check drivers, reinstall and try different browsers, I think the most expedient method would be to do a clean,full format, reinstall of Windows.

I agree with g-paw, a clean reinstall of windows will solve 90% of your problems

I used to format every month, then I got to liking not doing that...

Hi! guys, you only need to reformat your system if you are desperate looking for help to resolve problems you may had.... i hate reformatting my system, i have to reinstall all programs and back up files over and over -- it is time consuming and lots of efforts needed.

I have 2 partitions on one 80 gig hard drive.

95% of files I want to keep are always backed up ;)
