MSI P965 Platinum or Gigabyte GA-965P-DS3?

Which is the better choice?

I had my mind made up on the Gigabyte until Tom's Mid-range pc build article today. I can get both for exactly the same price. I will be doing some minor OC on the CPU, and I heard the gigabyte was better for that. Also, the specs I read on the MSI is that it will only take 4GB of DDR 800 ram (lot's for now, but 3 years from now?).

I also was considering an Asus P5B-E.

I may also just wait for the new P35s to come out.

wait for P35. But if you can't the gigabyte ds3 is good. Just be sure to get the 3.3 revision.
