is the memory speed the only difference? particularly between these cards?

i want to upgrade to one of the 3 but unsure what differences between the cards there are. i dont do much gaming. mainly video editing/encoding and watching dvd's.

Memory and Core speeds.

You can easily overclock the GT to the GTS speeds, so the GTS is a scam and no one should buy it. Its like buying an 8800 Ultra, or an X1900XTX.
