Apologies if this is in the wrong forum.

I'm trying to run Civilisation II which i used always be able to run but this error message comes up - C:\Windows\System32\AUTOEXEC.NT. The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications. Choose 'Close' to terminate the application.
And the heading for the error msg says 16 bit Windows Subsystem. I've looked in the system 32 folder and i can't even find that file. I got the same error message when i tried to play Carmaggedden. Whats that about?

Thanks for your help

copy spare autoexec.nt from \Windows\Repair into the system32 folder. You DO have updated Anti Virus installes? And check for Spyware.
