When i open windows98 my monitor shows out of range

i want to open windows 98 but i cant. my monitor shows out of range. i suppose the problem is related to resolution. how can i solve the problem?

Start in Safe Mode, change the resolution and the refresh rate to monitor specs (if it's an LCD should be 60).
