Hi all, have trawled for these forums and for my £140 the x1950 xt seems the best bet but as i understand it the new r600 is out on the 14th. will this effect the price of the xt also will the midrange r600 be on retail on the 14th, so may be worth getting that instead? all help greatly appreciated :D

Definitely worth the wait. You never know, everyone might be blown away by the performance and pricing of the new R600 range.
