PC REFUSES to uninstall Verizon Online Control Pad

I cannot remove the Verizon Online Control Pad using Add/Remove on the Control Panel... I've uninstalled every other component of Verizon Online, but the shell appears every time I boot up and just refuses to die. Any advice?

So, the application is present in your registry and reinstalls itself when your reboot. Deleting it from the registry will certainly remove it. From the run command type in regedit. That's your registry. Proceed with caution. Try Windows Exploer, delete the file from there. You can also try going into Safe Mode and deleting the folder from Windows Explorer there.
