Our Canadian friends are finally getting some love from newegg! :D

http://www.newegg.ca/

China too http://www.newegg.com.cn/

What about newegg.eu? Our European friends are still stuck without newegg :(

Newegg does sell Linux / Free BSD friendly hardware and even sells SUSE Enterprise. Apparently they no longer sell any desktop Linux distributions.

Finally Newegg ships here. Although with the conversion rate and Shipping costs, as well as Duty fees, I think it'd be cheaper just to stick with my normal Canadian retailer. =/

Knowing newegg they probably have a warehouse in Canada :)

If they don't have one yet they probably will sometime soon.

There shouldn't be any duty fees but I could be wrong.

In the UK I've found:

aria.co.uk
scan.co.uk

Both are fairly local to me but offer reasonable prices and a good range of kit that will run Linux, they don't tend to tag it as such though. Aria seems to get a lot of positive feedback on the web orders front. I've bought from both and have never had issue. I'm farily sure that Aria would ship inside the EU but don't take that as fact untill you check for your area.

I should be getting my latest NewEgg order in tomorrow :D A C7-based miniITX board, a gig of memory, and a 1TB drive for a low-power server for various nefarious activities ;)

I think you might be right...

Might be worth asking one of the US crew to drop them a line - you never know they might send you a freebie for pointing it out if it is.

I'll see to it...

Too complex, auto reply... no fair! You get yourself the freebie, I can't get it anyway, I live in Australia!
