Alright so Google groups has failed me so lets see if anyone here can answer my question.

I have a site running Trackers, within this site is a frame running Wordpress. The programs shouldn't really matter but i threw them in just in case.
Trackers is a public facing site and Wordpress is a private facing site only.
I only want internal IP's or authenticated trackers users (Trackers referral) to see the wordpress frame and any other users\IPs to show "Page cannot be displayed".

In apache can i use the mod_rewrite tool to do this? If so what would it look like?
If not what would you suggest?

Thanks in advance for your help.
~D
