Hi,

I've been using Norton for a couple of years now, and people have been saying bad reviews for their products, Norton for me has been well, Its never found any viruses, IDK if thats cause I dont have any or because Norton does really suck. I did online virus test from major anti-virus companies and non of em found virsus so I guess Iam virsus free.

But im not sure (I cant really realize it) but I think Norton Makes windows start up 3minutes slower...

I have charts of the best Internet Security and Anti-Virus:

http://internet-security-suite-rev [...] views.com/

As you can see, Bitdefender won both anti-virus and internet security.

I am very interested in:

BitDefender Total Protection 2008:

Anyone ever used BitDefender? Is it any good?

Any other recemendations for Anti-Virus/ Internet Protection?

Either: Norton, BitDefender, Mcafee, or Kapersky?

Which of these would have the greatest overall protection, and not slow down windows?

I'm currently using an earlier version of Bitdefender's standalone antivirus program and it works well. Planning on upgrading to the Bitdefendere security suite when my subscription expires. Right after I bought it it found an E Mail virus and I couldn't find the E Mail. Sent an E Mail to Bitdefender support and got a response within 24 hours with the solution, which I thought was very impressive support.

I am a hardcore fan of freeware.
I am using aVast!, which is pretty good.
In addition, there are a lot other freeware with high stability and require little system resource.
I do not need the customer support serivce, so freeware is usually my choice.
In contrast, if you really need premiun protection, Bitdefender is not bad.

I am currently using kaspersky and i am happy with it. To me it is the best. it has a free online virus scanner uaing that even if you are running a different anivirus it can search for viruses and i was using nod32 at that time and online scanner detected few viruses that nod32 didn't detected so i switched to kaspersky.
