More Information

Hi Guys,

I am unable to access the 'display' settings panel (where you change resolution, desktop theme etc.). I have tried going through control panel, as well as clicking properties in the desktop background - I have also updated my graphics card drivers but no change. The only thing that happens whenever I try to click on it is the cursor changes to the busy/hour glass cursor for a split-second.

Has anyone else had this happen to them? any help would bw much appreciated!

Thanks
