Questions about sound

Hello,
So you had a room a big size room and your sound was set a curtain volume, and in the room was 50 people, now say the room was now full of people say 300 people, would the sound now be louder or would it be lower than it was with the 50 people or would it still be the same volume?

Probably slightly lower as the bodies would absorb some of the sound energy. But it does depend somewhat on what the walls of the room are made from.
