I need a good driver cleaner so that I can get rid of my old graphics card driver and install the new one. Is Guru3d.com's cleaner any good?

I've always found updating drivers eliminate the need to use tools like that but there are circumstances that require tools, upgrading from agp to pcix or nvida to ATI
I used that tool and had no problems with the install of the new card. Changed from 5700 overheated nvidia to a 9200se ati.
