You mean Reinstall Vista?
RAID : Not related to Vista but BIOS. So will not loose it.
Stuff : You mean documents? I would do a backup on an external drive because when reinstalling, if you do a format, then you will loose your stuff! A backup is always a good thing to do if your information is valuable!
