Boot from a cd rom on a dell dimension L667r

hi i have an old computer, dell dimension L667r running windows 2000 professional. i just bought a new dell and was transfering files and thought it would be a good idea to change my password and username. Yup u guessed it didn't wright it down and nothing i thought it could be worked. so i found a password reset, burned it on a cd and all i need to do is boot from a cd. how do i do that? I must be an idiot cause i cant figure it out. please help

Hit F2 to go to the BIOS setup and change the boot order.
