SSD - The Performance Upgrade of the Future
I recently installed ubuntu and was wondering if it was possible to install World of Warcraft through the Wine installer.
Yes, it is possible. Install wine. Right click on your game's install.exe and select run with WINE. Install and enjoy. If it doesn't work, try Codeweavers' stuff (based on WINE)
You can try WINE or crossover for games as amdfangirl suggested or Transgaming's Cedega ( both are based on WINE ). WINE is free and open source ( $0 ). crossover for games and Cedega are commercial. Some linkage to get you going http://winehq.org/ http://www.codeweavers.com/products/ http://www.transgaming.com/ Good luck
Maybe you should write a WINE FAQ for all those people constantly asking about WINE.
Maybe you could and let old uber geek do the proof on it...
lmao
