Trading stocks online

What would be the best components to build a dedicated PC (from the ground up) to trade stocks using a broker's online platform? It needs to be real fast at processing and online and doest need much storage or graphics. Will need several monitors spread across the desk to display lots of information.

I need to build 2 PC's. One as a backup in case the other crashes
