Preventing users from taking away permissions of folders they create

Hello,
wouldn't taking away the modify right and having that filered allthe way down prevent users from being able to change permissions on folders they create?

I think the permission you need to revoke is "Change permissions" rather than "Modify". This is only available in the advanced permission settings.
