Anyone use Host Ventrilo?

Greetings,

I seem to have run into a problem. I purchased a Ventrilo server through Host Ventrilo http://www.hostventrilo.com/. I have signed up for the service, already paid via Paypal, to which my bank has verified. However, my username/password no longer exists, nor do they have any record via the automated system of my email address working. That's funny. I did get invoices from then when I signed up for the service.

I have yet to receive any responses through their general inquiry help, and the FAQ database is extraordinarily trite & empty. Does anyone know the service phone number for the company? It says there is a toll-free number, and I'd imagine there is a phone number to reach them somewhere. I'm not having any luck via web searches. If anyone already is in contact with Host Ventrilo, if you could paste the number it would be most appreciated. I feel I need to have a vocal business conversation now.
