Abit's uGuru and Vista 64. Anyone ever have problems with this combo?

I have been getting some BSOD's and finely it hung on the screen long enough for me to write down the error message and it blamed Abit's uGuru temperature and fan speed monitoring software.

Here's the error code I got. I wrote it down as fast as I could, so I hope it's accurate.

FFFFF 98001650D08 & FFFFF 9800164E000 The last part could be either E000 or EC00.

I tried doing a google but didn't get any results.
I also tried some Windows debugging utilities and had no luck. Like mentioned above this was the first time the error stayed on the screen long enough for me to actually read it.

Can anyone decipher that message?

Worst case scenario uninstalling uGuru is not a big deal. I have been relying on SpeedFan more lately.
Just like to know if it's crashing or something is making it crash.
Or if I have another problem.
